ABOUT ME
Mike hodeib
Mike is a Los Angeles-based personal trainer and online coach. Through his fifteen-year football career, Mike has trained and learned under some of the most knowledgeable strength and conditioning coaches.
After his playing days were over, Mike delved into strength and conditioning coaching at the high school and collegiate levels. Shortly after, Mike switched his focus to personal training individuals in order to reach a wider demographic on a deeper level.
With certifications in corrective exercise, performance enhancement, and nutrition, Mike has been able to expand his expertise to help any individual achieve their specific goals, no matter their level of fitness. Mike now competes in powerlifting and hopes to one day compete at the national level.
